These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use fpcconstructions.com or contact FPC Construction LLC (“FPC Construction,” “we,” “us”) through our estimate form, by phone, through our AI voice assistant, or by text message. By doing so you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our services and estimates

We provide land clearing, grading, privacy fencing, septic, concrete and related contractor work. Information on this website is general. Asking for an estimate does not create a contract. The scope of work, price and schedule for a job are set out in a written estimate, proposal or agreement from FPC Construction. Warranty terms for a job are described in that written agreement.

Phone calls and the AI voice assistant

Calls to our business line and conversations in the website voice widget may be handled by an automated AI voice assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed by the voice-assistant provider that works for us. The assistant helps collect your details and schedule visits, and like any automated tool it can make mistakes. What the assistant says and the wording of a text message are not a quote and do not bind FPC Construction. Your quote is the written estimate from Filemon that you view and accept at the link we send you, or that you receive from us in writing. Please check the details we send you.

Text message terms (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Program: FPC Construction sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them.
• How you opt in: To opt in, give your mobile number to an FPC team member by phone or in person and ask to receive your estimate or updates by text. Staff send estimate texts at your request; automated appointment texts require your consent to receive texts. If you text us first, we reply to you. Submitting the website form does not sign you up for text messages.
• Message types: your estimate when it is ready, with a link to view and accept it from your phone; appointment confirmations and scheduling after you request an estimate visit; and replies and updates about your own job, such as scheduling changes or answers to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Help: reply HELP for help, call (803) 884-9305, or email info@fpcconstructions.com.
• Consent: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Wireless carriers and our service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate contact and project information. By giving us a phone number, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of that number and that you are allowed to request work at the property you describe.

Using this website

Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false or spam requests, try to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with how the website or our systems work. The FPC Construction name, logo, photos and text belong to FPC Construction or its licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is,” without promises that it is complete, current or always available. Nothing in this section changes the warranties in your written agreement with us.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FPC Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from your use of this website. This section does not limit any obligation we have under a written agreement for a job, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
